Introduction to Digital India programme: Vision
The Digital India programme is a leading program of the Government of India with a dream to change India into a carefully engaged society and learning economy.
It was started by the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on 1 July 2015 with a goal of interfacing rural regions with fast Internet assembles and enhancing advanced literacy. The vision of Digital India program is comprehensive development in territories of electronic administrations, items, assembling and openings for work. It is focused on three key areas – advanced framework as an utility to each native, administration and administrations on interest, and computerized strengthening of subjects.

- Online service portals will reduce the delays.
Disadvantages
- Very high amount(funds) is required to implement digital India plan.
- Uneducated people cannot able to understand.
